at the heart of stoke is yakitori. we offer two ways to experience our menu: a set menu and an à la carte selection. the set menu features five skewers cooked directly over binchotan charcoal, served alongside rotating seasonal dishes. our à la carte menu presents a limited selection of skewers, highlighting the best cuts of the day. the menu changes daily, guided by seasonality and market availability.

The beverage selection at Stoke places emphasis on thoughtful curation, looking to the relaxed yet refined drinking culture of izakayas. We work closely with our favourite, trusted producers to offer a range of exceptional bottles. Alongside wines and sake, our highballs and cocktails are crafted with balance and designed to suit any moment in the menu.

Stoke is the expression of a vision shared between three friends, Jeffrey Claudio, Jessica Tan, and Niklas Harmsen, that borrows from what we love most about eating in Japan and makes those ideas at home in Europe.
